Website Purchases

All orders placed via the website must be paid by credit card. All transactions are made through Stripe’s online payment gateway, all data is encrypted using the latest SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) before being sent over the internet. We do not store any of our customer’s credit card information.

Order Process

  1. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order
  2. On successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation and tax invoice via email
  3. Once your order has been processed by our team, you will receive an email with the shipping tracking details for your order
    • (please be mindful goods may be dispatched in separate deliveries depending on the goods ordered. If this is the case, we will notify you of this via email)

Postage Cost

Postage costs will be calculated at checkout for your delivery location. If you require express shipping, please contact KINNECT Training to discuss the options available.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders placed on a weekday prior to 12pm EST will in most instances be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will not begin order processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Goods should be received within 3-5 business days of your order being processed. Some regional locations may incur longer delivery times due to courier provider availability. If you have any concerns around your location and delivery times, please contact us.

KINNECT Training Account Holders

Invoices can be issued for orders to KINNECT Training account holders only. If you wish to place an order under your KINNECT Training account, please email training@kinnecttraining.com.au with the following information:

  • Account Holder Entity Name
  • Delivery Address Details (include a contact person and phone number)
  • Goods to be ordered
  • Purchase Order in a PDF format (if applicable)
  • Any additional details we should be aware of

Once the above details have been received. We will send through a quote provided an active account is available. Once confirmed, the order will be placed and dispatched and an invoice will be issued as per the account holders agreed terms.
