Returns and Refunds Policy
We want to help businesses have better workplace safety through good management of workplace drug and alcohol testing. We stand by the products we sell and the results they provide.
We strongly recommend reading through our Returns and Refund Policy before purchasing with KINNECT Training Pty Ltd. We also recommend inspecting your purchased goods immediately when they arrive to ensure they are of an acceptable quality and meet the description of your order.

Change of Mind
It is important you choose carefully before purchasing as refunds are not usually provided if you have changed your mind or have selected the incorrect product by mistake. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the items in your cart before proceeding with your purchase.
Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. The goods will need to be returned to KINNECT Training in all original packaging including accessories and manuals. Once the goods have been received and confirmed damaged or faulty, KINNECT Training will arrange replacement goods to be dispatched, a store credit or refund as per the customer’s request.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed by KINNECT Training within 10 business days after being approved. Refunds will be returned via the same method by which the payment for the purchase was made initially.
If payment was made with a KINNECT Training account by EFT payment, verification of bank details will need to be provided before the refund can be processed.
